The Emerging Mind helps clients overcome fears, addictions, and phobias, as well as improve certain aspects of their lives through motivation techniques. For example, an individual may wish to achieve more within his or her business life, personal life, or even simply within his or herself. The goal of these coaching sessions is to help individuals bring about much-wanted or needed change.
The Emerging Mind Philosophy
Founder of The Emerging Mind, Paul Kinsella, said “The Australian business culture has undergone a paradigmatic change in the past decade, from one focused on relationships to one focused on results”.
“We coach and mentor businesses and their management teams in dealing with and utilising culture change to their benefit.”
Paul describes himself as “the same as everyone else”, saying, “I have my own unique model of the world and make the best choices available to me at any given time. I may differ from some in that when something I'm doing isn't working, I change what I'm doing, quickly. How to change is what our team share with people on a personal or business level through coaching, mentoring and training.”
