11. What are the benefits of coaching?

When we set goals for ourselves, they are invariably constrained by our self-imposed limitations. The Emerging Mind offers clients a different perspective, variety of attitudes, models, techniques and resources. Some coaches assist clients to set goals and act as their conscience, driving them towards achieving those goals. This is only one aspect and gives limited results. Our coaching programs enable clients to address their self-imposed limitations, then identify and implement their own solutions for long-term success, while also achieving their goals.

Most of us have experienced being pushed close to the edge, and can recognise the discomfort and concern that this brings. Indeed, sometimes we get pushed outside of our comfort zone altogether. When this happens in a stressful way, our fears are strengthened and we often resolve that in order to stay safe, we should not change any aspect of our life or work.

The Emerging Mind provides a safe and supportive environment for coaching. With assistance, clients will learn that by limiting their beliefs, they are not protecting themselves. Instead, by holding back, they are actually hindering their growth. Through a series of dedicated sessions, participants will learn to push beyond doubts to expand their comfort zones and reach their highest potential.

Coaching works because it is personal, often intensive, and builds upon and refines an individual's existing skills and talents. Whether you are an individual or require and executive coaching program for your company, The Emerging Mind will surprise you with the results that can be achieved quickly and easily.
